To replace downspout with 5" round galvanized downspout to be painted to match adjacent building surface and propery tied into subsurface drainage. Remove existing unshielded flood-light fixturesinstall three (3) remcraft 1 series fixtures in locations of existing fixtures, fixed to aim toward the sidewalk below & painted white to match underside of gallery. All fixtures, conduit & wiring is to be run along inside edges of building, such as gallery outriggers, and painted to match adjacent building surfaces (white). Note: permit issued in response to violations. Work shall commence no less than days after permit is issued. Work must be completed no less than days after work begins. Owner will call vcc for final inspection upon completion of work.
